After hand-packing your delicious coffee, our local postie comes to collect the goods. We offer free delivery on all subscription plans because we love you guys!

FAQs

How do the decaf coffee subscriptions work?

Getting started with our decaf coffee subscriptions is a breeze.

First, select a subscription that matches your taste preferences - you can see the subscription plan options on our subscription page.

Next, choose your grind and the amount of coffee that you’d like to receive monthly. For optimal freshness, we recommend whole beans, but you can also choose from a selection of ground coffee for any brewing method.

After checkout, your subscription will automatically renew every month as you cycle through the different coffees. You can cancel, pause or skip at any time and you can make all of these changes in your customer account portal. 

Do all of your subscriptions arrive monthly? 

Yes all of our decaf coffee subscriptions are sent monthly (on the same day), so when you purchase your subscription plan, just make sure you select enough coffee to last you for a month's worth of brews.

Can I cancel, pause or skip at any time?

Yes. It is simple to cancel, pause or skip at any time, you can select any of these options in your customer account portal.

How much coffee should I get on my subscription? 

This totally depends how much decaf coffee you’re enjoying monthly (and how many people are getting in on your yum decaf!).

As a rule of thumb we would suggest basing it on the below (15g per cup): 

1 x 200g bag = 13 cups per month

2 x 200g bag = 26 cups per month

3 x 200g bag = 39 cups per month 

4 x 200g bag = 52 cups per month 

5 x 200g bag = 65 cups per month 

Please note that the amount you use also depends on your brewing method.

How do I log in to manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription, you’ll first need to create an account with us (unless you already created an account when you purchased a subscription). 

What to do if you don't have an account:

If you have already purchased a subscription, but did not create an account with us at the time, simply click here to create a new account, but please ensure you use the same email address as the one you used to purchase the subscription.

What to do if you already have an account:

Please login to your account here. You will then see the ‘manage subscription’ option in your account page.

How long will my subscription take to deliver?

All subscriptions are dispatched the same day if ordered before 11am, or next day if ordered after 11am (excluding weekends). All are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery which usually takes around 2-3 days.

How do I change my shipping address?

Simply log into your account to and you will be able to change your shipping settings under the "Manage Subscription" button.

How do gift subscriptions work?

Simply choose your preferred subscription plan - you can select from the ‘Traditional’, ‘Unique’ or ‘Everything’ gift plan. Then select the number of bags to send per month, the grind type, the length of the subscription (3, 6 or 12 months) and finally the preferred delivery date.

Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew, so you will not be charged after the initial purchase.

If I order two or more packs of coffee per month, will this be different coffees?

No, currently we select one feature decaf coffee for that month. For example if you order two bags of feature coffee per month on your subscription, that will be two bags of the same coffee to enjoy!

What countries do you ship to?

Our subscriptions are limited to the UK only for now, but we hope to offer shipping to more countries in the future so watch this space!
