Below you can see our terms and conditions that apply when using this site, as well as for any goods purchased at our events, on the phone or online via our website. We advise taking a few minutes with a coffee to have a read though. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. By using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.

The content of the www.thedecafcoffeeclub.com website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may not use any part of the content on our website for commercial purposes without written permission from us.
In order to register with www.thedecafcoffeeclub.com and purchase goods from our website, you must be over eighteen years of age. By submitting an order, you confirm to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must notify us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering, by updating your details. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require.
We reserve the right to:
- Decline a new customer registration or suspend a customer's account at any time and at our sole discretion
- In our absolute discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the services with or without notice
- In our absolute discretion, to discontinue the website or services, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice
Availability
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to the goods availability. We aim to hold stock of all items advertised, however can not guarantee availability 100% of the time. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via web, email or phone is not a guarantee of delivery. If you offer to purchase goods which are not available for whatever reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and await your instructions - you will be offered a full refund.
Pricing and Product Information
You are expected to pay the product price that is set out on the website at the time you place your order plus any delivery charge applicable. The prices quoted on this website apply only to products sold via this website, where the same products are available via events different prices may apply. All prices are shown in UK Pounds and include VAT where applicable.
Although we take care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the information was entered online, the information appearing on our website at any time may not completely reflect the position at the moment you place an order.
Please be aware that the colours and appearance of our accessories may vary slightly from the way in which they look on your screen and we cannot guarantee that your particular monitor screen will accurately reflect the colour of the goods that you receive on delivery. All measurements and sizes are approximate, although we endeavour to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.
Placing an Order
The order acknowledgement email and order number are our confirmation of your order with us. Completion of the contract between you and ourselves will take place when the goods ordered have been dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
In order for a promotion or offer to be applied to your online order, a valid promotion code must be entered into the promotion code box at checkout. Decaf Coffee Club Ltd cannot be held liable for not discounting the order if a valid code has not been used.
Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and goods availability. Payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us. The address at which the card is registered must be the same as your billing address. You can register a new payment card at any time, but the card associated with a given order cannot be changed once you have checked out. Decaf Coffee Club Ltd does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the checkout process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered credit reference agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity; a credit check is not performed and your credit rating will be unaffected.
Delivery
Once we have processed and received payment in full for your order, your items will be delivered to you by Royal Mail. Once the goods have been posted to you it becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail until it reaches you when responsibility passes to you. Decaf Coffee Club Ltd does not take responsibility for your order being lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery. Our carrier will make every reasonable effort to contact you to make delivery, but, if they are unable to do so, then your order will be cancelled and payment refunded to you.
Whilst we take every care to ensure that deliveries are protected to prevent damage in transit, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in perfect condition. Please note that working days for us are Monday - Friday and do not include national UK bank holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from us. However, if you would like to return your goods for whatever reason, please see the below guidelines:
Non-consumable goods
We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original undamaged packaging to us.
Consumable goods
Whilst we want you to be happy with your coffee, as it is a consumable product we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by Decaf Coffee Club, upon the return of the item.

We will refund the price or replace the product for you. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you.
All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made, within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods. In the event that Decaf Coffee Club Ltd is unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund.
On faulty products, after the 14-day cancellation period, we reserve the right to offer a spare part or repair where appropriate. We also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value.

Offers
Percentage discount codes are one use per customer. Not all discount codes are applicable for subscriptions and gift cards. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount/offer. We reserve the right to change the terms & conditions at any time.
Rewards
Decaf Coffee Club rewards points have no cash value and must be redeemed at checkout in the form of a unique code. Rewards points or perks for individuals can be terminated at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel the rewards program at any time and nullify the value of the points or perks that were issued. Rewards are tracked via customer email addresses, and there is a limit of one rewards account per customer. Points cannot be shared or transferred between customers. Rewards are not available for wholesale accounts.
Changes to our Website
In order to keep our website as up to date as possible, it may be necessary, now and then, to restrict access to the site in order to conduct necessary maintenance work. We will make every effort to ensure that any down time or restricted access is kept to a minimum however we will not be liable to you if for any reason our website is unavailable for any period. Registration data and certain other information about you is subject to our privacy policy. We recommend that you read our privacy policy before you accept these terms and conditions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Decaf Coffee Club Ltd harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via the Decaf Coffee Club Ltd website, or from your use/misuse of the website, or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of the terms and conditions.
Governing Law
The contract between you and Decaf Coffee Club Ltd, under which you have made your purchases, it is agreed, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, English law. The English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
