How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 11 AM. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends.
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically ensures delivery within two days of dispatch. For expedited shipping, we provide an upgrade to Royal Mail or Parcelforce Tracked 24, which guarantees next-day delivery from the point of dispatch and can be selected during checkout.
While we strive to maintain a reliable delivery service, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to potential external delays with our couriers. Such delays are rare, but we will promptly inform you if we become aware of any issues affecting your order.

We provide a range of shipping optiomns, including free delivery for all orders over £25.

What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to UK based addresses, however, we will be looking to expand our reach soon!

I’ve made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
If you have selected the wrong delivery address or want to change anything on your order, please email us ASAP quoting your order number and the changes you'd like to make. Although we cannot guarantee that we can make the changes before it's processed, we will always try our best!
