Ideal brewing temperature

Wilfa Zense brews coffee between 92 and 96 degrees, which is the optimal temperature for allowing flavours to develop. This ideal temperature is reaching quickly after switching on the machine. The hot-plate keeps the coffee at an ideal temperature for up to 40 minutes, when the auto-stop switches it off automatically.

Flexible brew size

The Wilfa Zense holds up to 1.25l of water which is perfect for a typical household. The measuring guide on the water container helps you achieve the perfect ratio with every brew, regardless of whether you brew 1 cup or 8 cups.
