What are Decaf Coffee Club rewards?
At DCC you’ll get rewarded and earn points for every purchase you make online. The more you spend, the more we’ll reward you. All you need to do is create a free account!
You can also earn points for completing activities such as referring friends, following us on social media, and much more. Refer to our rewards webpage for more details!
How do I redeem points?
You can redeem points for cash vouchers under the rewards page, once you have signed into you account. You can redeem points for £5, £10, £15 or £25 vouchers.
Once you select how you'd like to redeem your points, you will be emailed your discount voucher!
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. I.e. the last time you have earned or spent any points
How do I check my points balance?
Just log into your account, click the rewards page and you’ll see your balance at the top of the page. You must be logged in to your account to see your rewards balance.
I placed an order but I don't have an account yet - can I claim points for this order?
Yes, we allow you up to 30 days to claim points after a purchase, if you haven't created an account. After that time period, your points will expire.
Please email us at hello@thedecafcoffeeclub.com with your order number to claim your missing points.
I believe my account is missing some points?
Firstly, sorry for the confusion on this! Please wait 72 hours for your points to show on your account, as sometimes they are slow to appear.
If they don't appear after this time, please email us at hello@thedecafcoffeeclub.com with details of how/why you believe points have been missed, and we'd be happy to assist.
How do I refer a friend?
Share your custom url through the dashboard above with your friends and family. They’ll get a £5 voucher off their first purchase, and you’ll be rewarded with 500 points (£5) for the referral. Your points will be classified as pending, until the approval period (7 days) is completed. If your referral cancels or returns their order, your points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account. You can share the link as many times as you want, but not with any affiliate partners.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes! You can refer as many people as you like, each time they make their first purchase you'll receive 1,000 bonus points!
How do I know if my friend has purchased?
We will notify you by email and you can see the number of your referred friends who make a purchase from your Beans With Benefits Portal.
Can I use my points with other discounts?
No. Our system currently only allows one discount to be used per order.
Is there a threshold for reward vouchers?
Yes, you need to spend a minimum of £15 when using vouchers.
